Students were in a state of ecstasy, management of JICM in a joyous mood, faculty members in a feeling of completeness and ……..guests got stupified ……….yes, I am not describing any spellbound human effort, but the launch of COMMA ,in-house newspaper of JICM. The scenario was so exciting, so eventful and so ordinate that might not be restricted in few words.

Ms. Tejas Tanmahne, student representative, glorified the occasion by describing the efforts of students, faculty and management support. The veracity of her speech, every guests saw in each page of COMMA. She rightfully mentioned the name of Mr. Manish Choure, the man behind COMMA.

Mr. Hari Mohan Gupta congratulated everybody for their avid endavours and also mentioned how JICM is going to open new vista in the field of Communication. Magnum opus of JICM will be opening of electronic media by 2012, he commented.

The doyen of journalism, Mr. Rajiv Mohan Gupta, Editor, Dainik Jagran, Bhopal highlighted the quality of news items. He motivated the students for their true grit and asked them to look forward for bigger challenges in the field of media and communication. He also promised to extend all possible help to the students.

Mr. Manoj Shrivastava, Commissioner, Public Relation, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, thanked students for their selection of news.  He applauded their professionalism and wished them for a bright and better future.

This auspicious occasion dedicated to mark the birth day of Late Gurudev Gupta, voiced by JICM Executive Director, C.A. Alok Kumar Saxena. He addressed the students do not get complacent for their efforts, but always remain restless for the next best.

In totality, the vibration of success, joy and disciplined work was quite discernable everywhere.
